These terms and conditions govern the purchase of customized products and services through the tshirtskinpro.com website.

Products and services

TSHIRTSKINPRO offers customizable products, promotional items, custom apparel, covers, gadgets, printed products, stickers, window decals, signs, decorations, and printing services.

Some products can be purchased directly online. For complex projects, large quantities, or special requests, you may need to request a custom quote.

Prices and availability

Online store prices are listed in euros and include applicable VAT. They may vary depending on the product, quantity, customization technique, print placement, and selected options.

Shipping costs and selected options are shown in the summary before payment. For projects based on a quote, the costs are indicated in the quote.

Customization and submitted files

Customized products are made based on the customer's choices, uploaded files, entered text, and agreed specifications.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data, text, names, numbers, images, logos, and submitted files.

The customer declares that they have the right to use the uploaded content and assumes responsibility for any trademarks, images, logos, text, or graphics provided.

File verification

Before production, our team can check the technical quality of the received files.

If the files are unsuitable, you may be asked to resend them, make graphic changes, or provide confirmation.

Previews

Previews shown on the website, when available, are for guidance only.

Colors, proportions, sizes, and placement may vary slightly depending on the product, material, printing technique, and actual output.

Printing techniques

The most suitable printing or customization technique is chosen based on the product, material, received file, quantity, and desired result.

Production times

The standard production time for customized products is up to 7 business days from payment confirmation and graphic approval. For complex orders or projects based on a quote, any different timelines will be communicated and agreed upon before the order is confirmed.

In Italy, courier delivery normally takes an additional 1–3 business days after shipping. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are excluded. See the Shipping and In-Store Pickup page for details.

Custom orders

Once production of a customized product has begun, the order cannot be canceled unless otherwise agreed or if there is a technical impossibility to produce it.

Payments

Online orders can be paid using the payment methods available at the time of purchase.

The order is processed after payment confirmation or according to the terms agreed upon in the case of a custom quote.

Shipping and pickup

Products can be shipped, where available, or picked up at the TSHIRTSKINPRO store at Via Bettino Ricasoli 29, Battipaglia (SA).
