How long does it take to make a custom product?
The standard production time is up to 7 business days from payment confirmation and graphic approval. For complex orders or quoted supplies, any different times are agreed upon before order confirmation. In Italy, the courier normally delivers within another 1–3 business days from shipping. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are excluded.

Can I upload a logo, photo, or graphic?
Yes. You can upload your graphic file, logo, or photograph. Our team will check the quality of the file before production and, if necessary, contact you for any corrections.

Can I see a preview before printing?
When possible, the site shows an indicative draft of the customization. The position and final rendering are still checked by our team before production.

What printing techniques do you use?
The most suitable technique is chosen based on the product, the material, the file received, the quantity, and the desired result. We can use different printing and customization techniques depending on the work to be done.

Do you make products for companies, schools, and associations?
Yes. We work with companies, schools, associations, sports teams, stores, and event organizers for custom clothing, gadgets, promotional material, uniforms, stickers, and signs.

Can I pick up in store?
Yes. It is possible to pick up orders at the TSHIRTSKINPRO store at Via Bettino Ricasoli 29, Battipaglia (SA). We will notify you when the order is ready.
