Refund policy

Personalised products
Goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised with photographs, logos, text, names, numbers, artwork or customer specifications are excluded from the right of withdrawal for a change of mind. This exclusion concerns the actual personalisation of the goods and does not limit rights relating to defects or non-conformity.
Non-personalised products
For non-personalised products purchased online, a consumer customer may notify us of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason, subject to the other cases provided for by law.
How to notify us of withdrawal or request support
Write to info@tshirtskinpro.com or use the contact form. State your decision to withdraw, the purchaser’s name, the order number and the products concerned. You may also use another explicit statement of withdrawal or the model form provided for by the Italian Consumer Code.

Returns and costs
If you withdraw, send the goods back within 14 days of your notification. Unless otherwise agreed, you are responsible for the direct return costs; this does not apply to remedies due for defects or non-conformity.
Keep proof of postage and package the products appropriately. You are only liable for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Refunds following withdrawal
The refund will be made without undue delay, within 14 days of the notification of withdrawal, using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed without cost to the consumer. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Standard delivery costs are included; additional costs for a more expensive service chosen by the customer are not refunded.
Defective, damaged or non-conforming products
Contact us with the order number and details of the problem. Photographs of the product and packaging, where available, help us assess the report.
We will assess the problem and the applicable remedies, including reprinting, replacement or refund, in accordance with the rights provided by the statutory warranty. These rights also remain valid for personalised products.
