The tshirtskinpro.com website is operated by Service & Print Soc. Coop., VAT / Tax ID 06093170659, with its registered office at Via Cupa Filette 2C, Battipaglia (SA), and its operating premises at Via Bettino Ricasoli 29, Battipaglia (SA).

Scope

These terms govern the purchase of personalised products and services through the tshirtskinpro.com website.

Products and services

TSHIRTSKINPRO offers customisable products, promotional items, personalised clothing, phone cases, promotional gifts, printed stationery, stickers, window graphics, signs, decorations and printing services.

Some products can be purchased directly online. For complex work, large quantities or special requests, a personalised quotation may be required.

Prices and availability

Online store prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT. They may vary depending on the product, quantity, personalisation technique, print position and selected options.

Shipping costs and selected options are shown in the summary before payment. For work supplied by quotation, costs are stated in the quotation.

Personalisation and submitted files

Personalised products are made on the basis of the customer’s choices, uploaded files, entered text and agreed specifications.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data, text, names, numbers, images, logos and files submitted.

The customer declares that they have the right to use the uploaded content and assumes responsibility for any trademarks, images, logos, text or artwork provided.

File checks

Before production, our team may check the technical quality of the files received.

If files are unsuitable, a new submission, artwork amendment or confirmation from the customer may be requested.

Previews

Previews displayed on the website, where available, are for illustrative purposes.

Colours, proportions, dimensions and positioning may vary slightly depending on the product, material, printing technique and actual result.

Printing techniques

The most suitable printing or personalisation technique is chosen according to the product, material, file received, quantity and desired result.

Production times

The standard production time for personalised products is up to 7 working days from payment confirmation and artwork approval. For complex orders or supplies by quotation, any different times are communicated and agreed before order confirmation.

In Italy, courier delivery normally takes a further 1–3 working days from dispatch. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are excluded. See the Shipping and in-store collection page for details.

Personalised orders

Once production of a personalised product has begun, the order cannot be cancelled unless otherwise agreed or production is technically impossible.

Payments

Online orders can be paid using the payment methods available at the time of purchase.

The order is processed after payment confirmation or according to the agreed terms in the case of a personalised quotation.

Shipping and collection

Products can be shipped, where available, or collected from the TSHIRTSKINPRO store at Via Bettino Ricasoli 29, Battipaglia (SA).
