Returns and refunds
These terms and conditions apply to purchases made on tshirtskinpro.com, operated by Service & Print Soc. Coop., VAT / Tax Code 06093170659.
Customized products
Goods made to measure or clearly customized with photos, logos, text, names, numbers, graphics, or customer specifications are excluded from the right of withdrawal. This exclusion applies to the actual customization of the goods and does not limit rights in the event of defects or non-conformity.
Non-customized products
For non-customized products purchased online, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery, without stating a reason, subject to other cases provided for by law.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal or request assistance
Write to info@tshirtskinpro.com or use the contact form. State your decision to withdraw, the buyer's name, the order number, and the products concerned. You may also use another explicit statement of withdrawal or the standard withdrawal form provided for by the Consumer Code.

Returns and costs
In the event of withdrawal, return the goods within 14 days of your communication. Unless otherwise agreed, you are responsible for the direct costs of return; this does not apply to remedies provided for defects or non-conformity.
Keep proof of shipment and package the products properly. You are only responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Refunds for withdrawal
The refund will be issued without undue delay, within 14 days of the withdrawal notice, using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed, and without any cost to the consumer. We may wait until we receive the goods or proof that they have been returned, whichever occurs first.
Standard delivery costs are included; additional costs for a more expensive service chosen by the customer are not refunded.
Defective, damaged, or non-conforming products
Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Photographs of the product and packaging, where available, help us assess the report.
We will assess the problem and the applicable remedies, including reprinting, replacement, or refund, in accordance with the rights provided by the legal guarantee. These rights also apply to customized products.
